Training
Alpha will work with you to provide on-site, off-site or web-based (remote) training.
Our trainers understand you manage a busy practice. We are here to work with you and your staff to ensure complete training with minimal disruption to your practice. We are able to do this by performing a workflow analysis and clearly explaining the steps and timing of the implementation of an EMR solution into your practice before we start. Alpha Global iT provides comprehensive training on UHM to both physicians and support staff. Our in-depth training on scheduling, EMR and billing enables smooth transition to UHM clinical management system.
Our training team consists of two types of professionals:
Physicians
Physicians on our team provide training on navigation and usage of the Electronic Medical Records part of the product and provide shadowing and on-site demonstration assistance. All physician trainers have many years of experience in training electronic clinical management system.
Technical Support Specialists
Members of our technical specialist team provide training on the product’s interface, business logic, functionality and billing procedures. This team is also responsible for preparing and providing User Manuals and Quick Troubleshooting Reference Guides.
