Senior Business Analyst/Business Lead
- Gather, document, and manage business requirements, including business data, business process, and business rules.
- Participate in the development of UI prototype
- Design UAT test cases
- Perform UAT tests
- Participate in Change Management
The qualified candidates MUST have the following skill andexperience:
- Expert in defining, organizing, and documenting business requirements: 7+ years
- Sound knowledge of Health Care especially Electronic Medical Record and other health care domains.
- Expert in Use case analysis: 5+ years
- In depth knowledge with UML
- Knowledge of UI Design tools such as Dreamweaver, Photoshop.
- Rich experience in defining and executing UAT tests: 5+ years
- In depth knowledge and experience with software development methodologies, especially RUP, Agile
- Excellent communication, coordination, writing, and problem solving, and analytical skills.
- Experience with mobile Health Care a plus
